Leighton-Linslade Carnival

Saturday 9th July 2022 will see the longest running community event in our town back to its former glory after the effects of the pandemic.

There will be a Carnival procession starting in Mentmore Road and ending in Parsons Close, visiting many parts of Linslade and Leighton Buzzard. An opportunity for schools, club and organisations to let their hair down. The route will be announced early in 2022.

Parsons Close Recreation Ground will host the arena with local groups showcasing their talents, charity and trade stalls, inflatables, children’s’ rides, ice creams and refreshments.

The procession collectors will be very happy to take any donations that people are able to make, which then gets passed onto many local community groups and charities.
