Flitton Flits Fun Runs

Flitton Flits Fun Runs are a frindly event on a flat cross country route around Flitton and Flitwick Moors for adults and children.  The main race is a 5K run for adults and chilren 13 years & over.  There is a junior 1 mile run for 8 to 12 year olds.  Also a free kids 200 metre run for those under 7.

All are welcome and if you are not a runner then we accept walkers.

There will be prize giving and a BBQ at the White Hert pub after the event.
